About Chiquita Lemus

I moved to Joplin in 2014 after relocating from Mississippi. Real estate has always been a passion of mine; I figured out when I was a teenager that I wanted to pursue the career. I proceeded to set things in motion to get my license, but timing never seemed right. Finally, after 7 years as an Information Technology professional, I made the switch to full time real estate agent.
Being the first one in my family to own my own home at the tender age of 25 and also as a single mother was extremely important to me. I still believe in the American dream of owning a home, and I want to help as many people as I can who have come from all different backgrounds realize that they, too, can own their own home. Â
When you're ready to sell your home, I strive to ensure that you're not stuck with a home that doesn't sell. We'll price it right, market it market it right, and accept the best offer to help you move on to the next phase of your life.
In my spare time me and my family love going to the movies (we like all things Marvel). My son enjoys fishing and I like to walk our neighborhood. Our most favorite pasttime would be going to local restaurants in town.
